Rewriting PTR salinity, alkalinity, chemical toxicity and drainage based on the wrb-standard

To estimate the derived attributes SALINITY, ALKALINITY and DRAINAGE, pedotransfer rules
(PTR) will be rewritten to accept the new standard nomenclature system of the World Reference
Base (WRB) of Soil Resources (FAO et al., 1998). These PTR will be applicable to the countries
listed in Annex 1.
