A collection of scanned soil maps is available. The immediate objective is to transfer soil information into digital format, with the maximum resolution possible, to preserve the information of paper maps that are vulnerable to deterioration. Find below the list of countries and the number of maps. Click on the country name and the List of Soil Maps will be dispayed. The countries are sorted in an alphabetical order grouped by Continent. Sort the whole list of Countries in alphabetical order. Some of the digitised maps are georeferenced and you are invited to download the TIFF files.
